Jim has served in multiple, critical world-wide assignments; including deploying to Iraq, Haiti, and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

Jim has served as a Strategic Planner; Manpower and Budget Analyst; Human Resource Analyst and Capitol Investor; Strategic Information Technology Developer and Designer; Basic and Advanced Curriculum Developer/Instructor for Paralegals, Legal Administrators and Attorneys; Senior Legal Administrator, Office of Military Commissions and XVIII Airborne Corps.
