Unit-Based Programs – No up-front cost. Embedded eDiscovery invoices at the unit level for all work performed in exchange for a guaranteed minimum volume usage per quarter.

Shared Cost Program – Your company pays a monthly management fee in exchange for lower per-unit eDiscovery rates. eDiscovery services can be billed through the firm in order to recapture some or all of the monthly management fee.
