Attorney Review

Without question, review often represents the most significant time and financial commitment for clients given the overwhelming volume of electronic data sometimes available. To enable fast, efficient review of electronic collections, NightOwl loads the data to a client-specified document management system. Clients are then able to conduct their relevancy and privilege reviews from either TIFF images or through links to the native files. Documents marked for production are then communicated back to NightOwl.

NightOwl also offers first-cut attorney review services using highly trained contract attorneys. The purpose of the first-cut review is to identify documents that are relevant, non-relevant, privilege and hot as well as begin classifying documents by case issues. Attorney reviews are conducted at NightOwl’s facility.
