It is standard procedure for NightOwl to develop a coding manual, in collaboration with our clients, for each project. The coding manual becomes the benchmark by which consistency and accuracy for each project is measured. Clients receive a test batch of data to approve for each project prior to coding beginning in earnest, further assuring the quality and interests of the project. Team leaders meet daily to explore anomalies, and meet weekly to focus on production and deadline compliance.
