NightOwl’s carefully engineered process for handling paper discovery begins before documents ever leave the client location. A NightOwl representative thoroughly reviews the document collection with each client to determine scope, specifications and expectations. NightOwl will systematically box and label the collection, carefully detailing the source location of all documents prior to transport.
The document collection is then transported to a secured processing facility. Upon arrival, the collection is entered into NightOwl’s tracking system and a Project Manager is assigned and briefed on the parameters and specifications for completion. Clients are contacted if any clarification is needed by the Project Manager.
Upon completion, NightOwl returns the originals and copies to the client. If necessary, NightOwl will remove the boxed originals and re-file the documents in their proper source location.
